The Masai Mara National Reserve in southwestern Kenya borders Tanzania’s Serengeti and is one of Africa’s best-known safari destinations. It is home to the Big Five and to big cats, giraffes, zebras, hyenas and the Mara River’s hippos and crocodiles.
Each year around 1.5 million wildebeest, with zebras and other grazers, cross from the Serengeti into the Mara in search of fresh grass, including the famous river crossings. Ask us about the best dates for your trip.
